Wow. Summer weddings are intense. First off, I got like 5 hours of sleep the night before. -___-; Well rested for a 12+ hour wedding. Right. It’s okay. Emz and I are warriors like that. So we had the pleasure to shoot with Sir Arthur St John. He’s homies w/ ESS EN DOUBLE OH PEE DOGGY DOGG, na mean. LEGIT.

So we met up outside the church around 11:30ish and got all gear and dudeeeeeeeeee the church was sickk!!

Gorgeous venue to be married in…the bride & groom arrived in their limo cuz they’re ballinnnnnnnnnnnnnn’. The ceremony started around 1pm so we shot away.

After the ceremony, we ran inside real quick with Bridgeth and Wilson to take some shots of them in the gorgeous church.

After we stuck around a bit and took pictures of the guests outside the church, we had to head over from central LA over to Long Beach. Except, we got lost and had to detour 1000x times. Dude, yesterday, I got lost like so many times because our conversation side tracked my mind while I was driving. Bad idea to talk about things that excite me while I’m driving.

So we finally arrive in Long Beach and Emz fell asleep. This was probably the most amusing event of the day. We cracked up so hard. Almost to the point where I felt like I had just done P90x Ab Ripper two times in a row. I couldn’t breathe cuz we were laughing so hard. I think you just had to be there to get it. This is the result of our laugh fest:

Oh dude, so stohpid Emz had that song stuck in her head but she only knew one line so all day I kept hearing baby are you down down down down EVEN IF THE SKY IS FALLING DOWNNN NA NA NA NA NA. On repeat. The only part of the song she knew. Now I just looked it up on youtube and the song is called “Down” by Jay Sean ft Lil Wayne. DUDEEEEE I really like the I’m Yours remix w/ Lil Wayne HEHE.

So we finally arrived the reception and had some time to take pictures of the decor. Super cute!! They’ve been together since HS. They had their prom pic on display. HS sweethearts ftw!

Test shot w/ flash. Dude my 430EX reloads so slow. I hate it when things reload so slow and you can’t use it again right after you’ve used it. Especially if you need to use it again and it just doesn’t work. Maybe it’s time to upgrade, na mean.

Dude the cake looked soooo yummy and pretty. I wanted to secretly dip my finger in it to see what it would taste like thatswhatshesaid.

So after we did that, we decided to set up our tents out on the beach to take a quick nap.

Left one is Emz. Mine is the fruity multi colored smaller one. Kicked off our shoes, had some Red Bull, took a quick nap, got a tan. I haven’t been to the beach in forever, it felt good to chill on the sand.

I am slightly worried about the repercussions of posting this picture…but this one is the one I call…BLUE STEEL.

We were on the sand taking some shots of the bridal/groom-al parties + bride&groom as well.

So after shooting, we took a break inside and drank some iced cold water. Mmmm so good. Here are some model shots I got of Emz.

So the dinner started probably around 7ish and this was their toast. KAWAII DES NE.

 We had to leave early because of a fam situation which resolved itself while we were trying to get home. You know, on the way home we got lost because we were having intense conversations about exciting things. I missed the freeway about 3 times literally and ended up on the 60 almost back near Alhambra…but we were trying to get to central LA back to the church to get Emz car. Then we decided to go to BCD to get some soondubu. But when we got there, we decided against it and went to Hodori instead. Then we heard Jay Chou was going to be at Area so we debated going there. Except, we were extremely exhausted. MY SISTER CHILLED W/ JAY CHOU at his table…hao lucky oh. But that’s me sidetracking again. So after Hodori, took Emz back to her car, then drove home.

So I saved my fav for last…ladies and gentlement, I present to you, the many faces of…DOMOPHOTOGRAPHY.
